I was severely struck down by BPPV Vertigo and was lucky enough to be helped by Simon at Macquarie St.The great experience started from my inbound call when the friendly receptionist Nicola squeezed me in with a same-day appointment after I explained how severely I was suffering from vertigo. Throughout my appointment with Simon, he was so diligent and caring. He assessed me thoroughly and provided great explanations throughout the whole process. This immediately instilled immense trust in him, which would be needed for the maneuvers he was required to perform to fix my vertigo.As Simon performed the maneuvers he exhibited the same care and diligence. The results were immediate and I am so grateful to him for relieving my suffering.I would recommend anyone suffering from vertigo see Simon.
Simon has been incredible In assisting my progress to get stronger after a back injury sustained at work. He has a great way of inspiring me to move & to push past any mental hurdles that can impede on the speed of getting better faster. Since coming to see Simon Reid some three years ago, I have had four sporting related injuries, all of which Simon has been able to fix and put me on a program to a full recovery. I have also brought my mum in to help fix her tight neck problem. Simon's knowledge and manner have become invaluable to me.

Every aspect of my experience, from booking the initial appointment through to having my issues with vertigo successfully treated by Lisa, exceeded my expectation. Simon is an excellent physio, who listened to my fitness goals and then set up the right treatment and exercises to get me there. I really found a lot of value in attending the small group pilates classes that MSP also run - where the exercises are tailored to specific needs.
Over a number of years I have been regularly attending the practice for physiotherapy treatment and for group classes (tai chi and pilates - under the guidance of Simon Reid, who takes great care in structuring the classes to take into account the physical needs of the participants). I am most appreciative of the benefits to my health of the treatment and the enjoyable classes.

Very professional, the physiotherapist treated my injury with both hands on massage and dry needling and provided a exercise program that got me back running.

Excellent physiotherapy, very very helpful with my sports related injuries, great staff who are always friendly and they stick to appointment times and have never kept me waiting which I really appreciate.
I found my particular physiotherapist rude. I'm sure the physiotherapist didn't mean to come across like that but there was no rapport or attempt to build any. Also found it quite pricy. Wouldn't have mind paying so much (after they swiped my health insurance card) if I found it worthwhile.
I received expert and professional diagnosis and treatment in very well equipped and friendly surroundings. In my opinion this is an excellent Physic clinic.
